About Stern Flik

Stern Flik is a counsel in the Amsterdam tax practice of Clifford Chance. He has extensive experience in assisting lenders and borrowers in various financing transactions with particular expertise in acquisition finance, real estate finance and corporate lending. He has also advised various funds on their formation and structuring, including specialised debt funds, involving the Netherlands as (key) investor and investment geography. Stern is admitted to the Dutch Bar (Nederlandse Orde van Advocaten) and a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (Nederlandse Orde van Belastingadviseurs).
