About Pierre-Benoît Pabot du Châtelard

Pierre-Benoît Pabot du Châtelard is a partner based in the finance team at Clifford Chance, Paris. He represents private equity sponsors and financial institutions on acquisitions, refinancing, debt restructuring, infrastructure and cross-border project transactions, on all types of senior and subordinated financings, including mezzanine and unitranche financings, public to private transactions and private investments in public equity. A member of the Paris Bar since June 2006, Pierre-Benoît joined Clifford Chance in 2010 after having worked at law firms in London and Paris. He graduated from ESSEC and received a Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d’Entreprise from Aix-en-Provence University and a DEA in Business Contracts from Montpellier I University.
