About Benjamin Sibbett

Benjamin Sibbett is a partner and Head of Clifford Chance’s Americas Corporate practice and is a member of the firm’s Americas Management Committee and Global Corporate Leadership Group. Ben’s practice encompasses a broad range of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions for a roster of corporate clients. He has particular experience in leading multi-jurisdictional and multi-practice teams supporting non-US corporate clients that are investing in the United States. Ben has been independently recognised by leading publications, including a long-term ranking for Corporate/M&A (New York) in the Chambers USA Guide.
