About David Stringer

David Stringer is a corporate partner in Clifford Chance’s Houston office. He represents energy and chemicals/petrochemicals industry companies and financial investors in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, projects and other transactions. He has completed more than USD50 billion in energy transactions. David’s experience includes acquisitions, divestitures, infrastructure and development projects, reorganisations, carve-outs and other investments spanning businesses and assets involving energy transition (including solar, BESS, and carbon capture and sequestration) facilities, refineries, LNG, petrochemicals, terminals, hydrocarbon inventories, pipeline gathering, processing and transportation systems, and retail gas stations, c-stores and refined fuel procurement and distribution systems.
