About Katerina Papacosma

Katerina Papacosma is a senior associate in Clifford Chance’s corporate M&A group and a member of its hiring committee in New York. She focuses her practice on advising public and private companies and private equity sponsors on a broad range of domestic and cross-border corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, leveraged buyouts, venture capital financings, minority and growth capital investments, equity investments and co-investments, joint ventures, recapitalisations, and restructurings. Katerina is a 2011 graduate of Boston University School of Law and 2008 graduate of Bowdoin College, cum laude. She is admitted in Maine, Massachusetts and New York. Katerina is fluent in French and Greek.
