About Kevin Lehpamer

Kevin Lehpamer co-heads the Clifford Chance’s US private equity practice and is a partner in the global private equity sector group. He regularly represents private equity sponsors in a broad range of mergers and acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, recapitalisations and other complex transactions. Kevin has worked with a wide range of the world’s largest private equity companies and other financial investors on their most complex M&A transactions including Ardian, Cinven, Apax, Blackstone, EQT, CVC, KKR, Temasek, Mubadala and Permira. Kevin brings experience across a variety of sectors, with a particular focus on the technology, healthcare, consumer products, and infrastructure sectors.
