Meighan O’Reardon is a leader on the global Complex Commercial Transactions & Outsourcing Team at Clifford Chance. She advises on structuring, negotiating, and managing complex services and technology deals across industries, including financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing. She supports private equity and investor clients in maximising operational value at both sponsor level and within portfolio companies. Meighan advises clients on strategic outsourcing transactions, service procurement initiatives, software licensing, data use and protection, and supports various bespoke commercial services transactions. She works with clients on all phases of transactions from deal structuring, proposals, provider selection, and negotiations, to post-contract governance.
