Sharis has also held senior positions at the US Department of Justice and the US Federal Trade Commission, one of the few antitrust practitioners to have done so. Sharis has a wealth of experience advising on merger clearance matters for numerous significant, transformational deals, steering global antitrust investigations to positive conclusions, and counselling clients on antitrust compliance and other related issues.
