About Steven Starr

Steven Starr is counsel in Clifford Chance’s global financial markets practice in New York. His practice is focused on representing borrowers and lenders in fund finance transactions, including in connection with NAV loans, subscription lines, credit facilities for ‘40 Act funds, multi-jurisdictional financings, and preferred equity structures. In addition to his fund finance practice, Steven has advised clients on a wide variety of financing transactions, including receivables purchase facilities, leveraged finance, operating company facilities, private credit, factoring, marketplace lending facilities, consumer and student loan financings, and margin loans.
