Vipul Nishawala is global co-head of Clifford Chance’s strategic sourcing and commercial transactions group, a team of more than 75 lawyers worldwide that advises clients on their most important outsourcing, core systems, cloud, professional services and digital transformation transactions and initiatives. Vipul is a recognised leader in this space, with more than 25 years of experience in structuring and negotiating strategic outsourcing, services, and technology-driven deals for clients across industries – most notably for major financial institutions. He has extensive experience in IT and business process outsourcings, complex cloud arrangements, licensing transactions, adoption of AI systems, and core systems deals.
