is a senior associate in the Corporate and M&A practice, and head of the Employment Law practice. She focuses on corporate law, property matters in the public sector, privatisation and labour as part of M&A projects. She has been instrumental in a number of deals involving significant workforce restructurings, and has played a key role in a number of high-profile M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, and anti-raider protection cases. Aleksandra has strong expertise in general corporate matters, structuring relations with key personnel and incentive plans. She is a member of the International Bar Association.
