About Tu Anh Tran

Tu Anh Tran is an associate at Tilleke & Gibbins with special expertise in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) in Vietnam. He has substantial experience in the aviation sector, and assists clients with aircraft-related interest registrations and repossession. Tu advises and represents clients in resolving commercial disputes by means of court litigation, arbitration, and other ADRs. Previously, he was a legal collaborator at the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC), where he assisted VIAC’s Secretariat and tribunals in administering arbitration cases in a wide range of fields. As a meticulous legal practitioner, Tu has successfully assisted clients in commercial disputes, recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards, aircraft repossession, and other complex matters.
