Etseoghena Oboni is an associate at G. Elias and a member of the firm’s Corporate and Capital Markets practice areas, regularly advising local and foreign clients on restructuring (internal and external), fund formation, acquisitions, regulatory compliance matters affecting PE investments, divestments, foreign investment, and commercial paper issuances. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Babcock University and a Barrister at Law degree from the Nigerian Law School. Etseoghena is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria.
