About Oluwaseyi Oso

Oluwaseyi Oso is an associate at G. Elias and a member of the Corporate and Capital Markets practice areas. He has over four years’ experience advising on M&A, PE transactions, corporate restructuring, transaction structuring for tax optimisation purposes, and on regulatory issues arising from investments. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria, and a Barrister at Law degree from the Nigerian Law School. Oluwaseyi is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.
