About Michelle Chikezie

Michelle Chikezie is a partner at G. Elias. She leads much of the firm’s work in capital markets, structured finance, venture capital, and private equity practices. She acts for global investment banks, development finance institutions, private equity sponsors, and corporates on complex and high-value transactions across various sectors. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Lagos and a Master of Laws from New York University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Nigeria and the State of New York.
