About Somtochukwu Anekwe

Somtochukwu Anekwe is an associate at G. Elias and an integral member of the firm’s Corporate and Finance practice areas. Somtochukwu has expertise in corporate structuring and restructuring (internal and external), private equity transactions, due diligence processes, and regulatory compliance matters affecting private equity investments. She regularly advises on acquisitions, divestment, and foreign investments deals. She holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and a Barrister at Law degree from the Nigerian Law School. Somtochukwu is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators.
