About Samuel A. Dunmade

Samuel A. Dunmade is an associate at G. Elias and a core member of the firm’s Corporate, Tax and Capital Market practice areas. Samuel has significant expertise in private equity transactions, corporate restructuring (internal and external), sophisticated tax structuring for investment funds, corporate tax compliance, fund formation, public offerings, and complex regulatory issues affecting private equity investments and portfolio companies. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Bowen University and a Barrister at Law degree from the Nigerian Law School. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, and the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators.
