About Kirian Claeyé

Kirian Claeyé is a partner at ALTIUS, where he specialises in IP and regulatory affairs, with a focus on pharmaceuticals and life sciences. He advises on complex patent litigation, cross-border matters, IP strategies, and regulatory issues such as marketing, pricing, advertising and lifecycle management. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Ghent, and holds an LLM and a Law and Technology Certificate from the University of California, Berkeley. Kirian is a member of several professional associations, including the European Patent Lawyers Association (EPLAW), the Licensing Executives Society Benelux (LES Benelux), the Belgian American Educational Foundation, and the Belgium National Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI). Kirian frequently speaks at industry events and hosts ALTIUS’ annual pharma law seminar.
