About Philippe de Jong

Philippe de Jong is a partner at ALTIUS, where he specialises in IP law, with a particular focus on patents and plant variety rights. Philippe also has extensive experience in EU and Belgian regulatory matters concerning the agri-food and life sciences industries. He frequently lectures at conferences and seminars, and publishes articles in leading legal journals. Philippe has been a consultant at the EU Plant Variety Rights Office and is an active member of various organisations, including the European Patent Lawyers Association (EPLAW) and the Licensing Executives Society Benelux (LES Benelux).
