She is experienced in drafting and negotiating complex contracts for clients active in various sectors. Alizée also advises clients on various matters incidental to (e-)commerce, such as unfair market practices, direct marketing and advertisement, consumer protection and other regulatory requirements. She has deep knowledge in both regulatory and upstream legal advice and in legal proceedings before national courts. Alizée has contributed to several publications relating to the technology sector.
