Laetitia Mouton is a lead lawyer in DLA’s intellectual property and technology team. Laetitia advises national and international companies on all aspects of information technology law, with a particular focus on technology and outsourcing transactions, and has over 5 years of experience. She regularly drafts and negotiates complex IT and outsourcing agreements, taking into account the increasingly complex regulatory framework (e.g. DORA regulation, Digital Services Act etc.).
