About Marc Van de Looverbosch

Marc Van de Looverbosch is a senior lead lawyer in DLA Piper’s Belgian offices. He advises on financial services regulation, structuring and litigation, with a particular focus on crypto-assets, tokenised securities, custody, insolvency and the private law treatment of digital assets. Marc obtained a PhD in law from KU Leuven with research on notice and good faith acquisition of financial transferable assets and is a research fellow at KU Leuven’s Institute for Insolvency Law.
