Marc Van de Looverbosch is a lead lawyer in DLA Piper’s Belgian offices. He advises clients on all aspects of financial services regulation, structuring and litigation, with an emphasis on crypto-related projects. Marc is also a PhD researcher at KU Leuven (Belgium); his research is into good faith acquisition of financial assets.
