About Ushara Ratnayake

Ushara Ratnayake is a senior associate at DL & F De Saram. She is an attorney-at-law holding an LLB (Hons) from Staffordshire University and a Master’s in International Business and Commercial Law from the University of Manchester. She was called to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka in 2021 and is a member of the Bar Association of Sri Lanka. Ushara primarily focuses on the fields of corporate and commercial, M&A, banking and finance, and projects and infrastructure.
