About Fabien Ganivet

Fabien Ganivet currently heads DLA Piper’s regulatory and litigation department in France, where he focuses his practice on internal investigations, white-collar defence and compliance (anti-bribery, AML regulations and ESG). Overall, his experience covers internal investigations into various allegations including corruption, fraud and harassment. Providing DLA Piper’s clients with advice, he also represents companies and their executives in criminal and regulatory investigations and proceedings led by prosecution/judicial authorities, as well as French and foreign government agencies. His experience thus covers white-collar crime (from initial internal verifications to potential trial or settlement), risk-prevention (implementation of compliance programmes), and crisis management, with significant experience in corporate and employment-related criminal law.
