About Fabien Ganivet

Fabien Ganivet focuses his practice on compliance (compliance programmes and risk-prevention, anti-bribery, AML regulations, ESG, and international sanctions), internal investigations and white-collar defence (criminal business law, commercial criminal law, and employment-related criminal issues). Providing DLA Piper’s clients with advice and litigation assistance, he represents companies and their executives in the framework of criminal and regulatory investigations and proceedings led by judicial authorities, as well as French and foreign government agencies. Overall, his experience covers white-collar crime litigation (from initial investigations to potential trial), risk-prevention, and crisis management, with significant experience in corporate and employment-related criminal law. Fabien currently heads DLA Piper’s litigation & regulatory department in France.
