Sara Koski is counsel in the litigation and regulatory department at DLA Piper, where she focuses her practice on compliance, risk management, and internal and regulatory investigations. She handles complex, multi-jurisdictional matters for diverse, highly regulated industries, including healthcare, telecommunications, aviation, automotive and defence. She assists clients in a broad range of compliance matters, such as designing and strengthening compliance governance and procedures, conducting internal investigations, and carrying out pre-acquisition due diligence and KYC/KYS checks. Her expertise covers anti-bribery, AML/CFT, duty of vigilance/ESG, trade compliance, and criminal risk prevention. Sara also supports clients during audits and investigations by regulatory and judicial authorities.
