About Sarmad Haidar

Sarmad Haidar is a partner of DLA Piper France and head of its private equity practice. As a specialist in private equity, he advises investment funds on leveraged buyouts, venture capital and development capital transactions, and assists industrial and services groups on their corporate finance operations, restructuring and external growth transactions. Sarmad also advises managers in the negotiation of their status and remuneration, as well as in the context of operations with investment funds. He is a regular contributor to panel discussions relating to private equity, and provides legal M&A courses to master’s students of an internationally reputable business school in Paris.
