About Manisha Dissanayake

Manisha Dissanayake is an associate in the corporate and commercial law department at Sudath Perera Associates. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and has a Master of Arts degree from the University of Colombo. She was called to the Bar in 2019 and is a member of the Bar Association of Sri Lanka. Manisha has experience in regulatory and compliance matters, FDI, M&A, and corporate finance and restructurings.
