He advises clients on various new technologies-related legal issues, including software development and implementation, cybersecurity, the cloud, cryptocurrency, machine learning/AI using software as a service (SaaS) and mobile apps, and social networks. He also has extensive experience in international arbitration and litigation. Emanuel is a PhD student (working on a cryptocurrencies thesis) and a member of an arbitration committee at the Polish Lewiatan Court of Arbitration.
