About Gonzalo Ardila

Gonzalo Ardila is the head of litigation and arbitration at Hogan Lovells’ Madrid office. He has extensive experience in commercial litigation and domestic and international arbitration, representing clients from the energy, infrastructure and retail sectors. Gonzalo is also particularly active in the insurance sector. He uses technical skills, depth of analysis and attention to detail to plan the most effective strategy for each case, summarising and explaining very complex matters in pleadings and hearings. Gonzalo is a member of the Spanish Arbitration Club and has teaching experience as professor of civil procedure law in the Masters of Private Law of the Madrid Bar Association and in the practicum of ICADE.
