About Margarita Morales

Margarita Morales is a senior associate in the dispute resolution department of the Hogan Lovells Madrid office, with an extensive career in all types of judicial proceedings in distinct jurisdictions. Margarita is part of the international product liability side of the firm’s life sciences and healthcare team, and is in charge of judicial and out-of-court claims related to civil liability for defective products, both from the perspective of the manufacturer as well as the distributor. She also advises on the contentious area of insurance and reinsurance litigation related to civil contractual and non-contractual liability, insurance contracts, coverage discussions and industrial losses.
