About Agustin Ferrari

Agustin Ferrari joined NTMA as a partner in 2021 and advises clients in corporate law matters and commercial agreements, focusing on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions transactions, corporate governance, private equity, cross-border financings, acquisition financing and project finance, particularly in energy and infrastructure. Augustin has developed a strong practice in Argentina in complex corporate deals involving assets and clients at the crossroads of restructuring and M&A processes. He has been consistently ranked as a go-to M&A lawyer in Argentina. Currently, Agustin directs the post-graduate course Law and Startups at Universidad Di Tella. He is a member of the City of Buenos Aires Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
