About Astrid Nottebohm

Astrid Nottebohm joined NTMA as an associate in 2021. Specialising in corporate law and M&A, her expertise includes advising companies across various sectors of the economy, such as technology, finance, and energy. In addition, she has participated in several acquisition and debt restructuring transactions, offering advice to both sellers and buyers. Prior to joining NTMA, she interned at the O'Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law at Georgetown University. Astrid received a law degree from Torcuato Di Tella University School of Law in 2021. She has acted as assistant professor in the courses of Fundamentals of Private Law (2021 and 2022) and Obligations (2021).
