About Hernán Alal

Hernán Alal joined NTMA as a partner in 2025 to further strengthen and expand the firm’s corporate and M&A practice. His work focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, including complex domestic and cross-border transactions, and on advising local and international clients on complex investment structures in Argentina. He also advises on venture capital transactions in the context of growth investments. Hernán has significant experience in sophisticated transactional work and has developed part of his career at leading international law firms in Argentina and abroad, bringing a strong international perspective to the firm’s M&A practice.
