About Leonardo Melos

Leonardo Melos joined Bergstein Abogados in 2005. He is the partner in charge of the complex litigation, arbitration and antitrust practice. Leonardo was appointed a Judge by the Supreme Court of Justice, serving between 2006 and 2007. In 2007 he rejoined the firm, to continue his practice in litigation and arbitration, with an emphasis on the telecommunications, antitrust investigations, construction and credit card markets. Leonardo has represented corporate clients and individuals in a wide range of commercial disputes and negotiations. As the leading partner of the dispute resolution team, he regularly advises corporate clients on the negotiation and review of loan agreements and shareholder agreements, with particular focus on the dispute resolution clauses.
