About Mariana Pisón

Mariana Pisón has been a member of the labour, employment and immigration department of Bergstein since 2013. Her practice – with an impeccable record – includes labour litigation, collective bargaining, employment-related negotiations, comprehensive advice on labour and social security law, and other employment matters. Mariana has considerable experience dealing with complex matters, high-profile litigations and negotiations with Unions. She has assisted numerous international companies in their establishment/restructuring of their operations in Uruguay. To date, Mariana is studying for her master’s degree in employment law. She is an associate lecturer at the University of the Republic and publishes regularly on matters related to her area of expertise.
