About Céline Wauters

Céline Wauters is a partner in Eversheds Sutherland’s employment, labour and pensions team in Belgium. She advises Belgian and international clients on individual and collective employment law, with a particular focus on restructurings, collective consultation processes, employee relations, remuneration and cross-border employment projects. Céline has extensive experience advising employers on complex HR reorganisations, Works Council and trade union matters, transfer of undertakings and strategic employment matters. She follows developments in EU employment law closely, including pay transparency and the impact of AI and new technologies on employment relationships. Céline is a member of the Brussels Bar.
