Samya Ouahyani is an associate in Eversheds Sutherland’s employment, labour and pensions team in Belgium. She advises Belgian and international clients on a broad range of individual and collective employment law matters, including employment contracts, workplace policies, dismissals, employee relations, collective labour law and HR compliance. Samya regularly assists clients with collective dismissals, working time issues, collective bargaining matters and employment-related disputes. She also contributes to cross-border projects and transactions involving Belgian employment law. She is a member of the Brussels Bar.
