Aodhan McGourty
is an associate in the EU Regulatory group in Fieldfisher’s Brussels office. His practice relates to EU product regulation and environmental law matters, with an emphasis on general chemicals and biocides. He regularly advises on product compliance issues, and is involved in task force management, contentious work before the European Courts, strategic advocacy, and complex data-sharing arrangements. Aodhan has particular experience advising companies across a broad range of sectors on the impact of the Water Framework Directive.
