Elise Van Gerven
is an associate in the EU Regulatory group in Fieldfisher’s Brussels office. She is a versatile lawyer, with a core practice focusing on advising clients on regulatory law and in particular environmental law and product law at EU, national and international level (biocides, Ecodesign regulations, medical devices, RoHS, WEEE, waste shipment regulation, etc). Prior to becoming a lawyer, Elise built extensive expertise in the preparation and negotiation of a broad variety of policy and legislation at regional, Belgian and EU level.
