About Josep Nicolas
Josep Nicolas
is an associate in the EU Regulatory group in Fieldfisher’s Brussels office. He specialises in regulatory, product and environmental law related matters at EU and national levels, including REACH, CLP, F-gases, plant protection products, ecodesign and waste legislation. Prior to joining Fieldfisher, he worked at the European Commission Directorate General for the Environment, and in the public policy department of a law firm, where he assisted companies in the field of circular economy, particularly waste, plastics and packaging.
