About Peter Sellar

Peter Sellar is a partner in the EU Regulatory group in Fieldfisher’s Brussels office. An EU regulatory law specialist with over 20 years’ experience, he focuses on the circular economy and sustainability, with particular experience in EU product law, including general chemicals, biocides and pesticides, eco-design, electronic and electrical equipment, cosmetics, medical devices and medical products law. Peter assists clients on EU-wide advocacy campaigns to avoid adverse regulation, failing which litigation before the Courts of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg. In environmental law, he led on the seminal case before the EU’s General Court and Court of Justice regarding the unlawful classification of a chemical.
