About Johanna Möller

Johanna Möller is an associate in Freshfields’ dispute resolution practice and a member of the firm’s global investigations group and strategic risk and corporate governance group. She combines experience in managing sensitive cross-border investigations with advising clients in complex commercial and corporate litigation. Johanna regularly advises national and multinational companies and financial institutions across the full investigation life cycle – from scoping, fact-finding and stakeholder management to crisis management, interactions with regulators and subsequent disputes as well as post-investigation remediation. Her practice further includes preventive compliance advice, supporting clients in designing and strengthening compliance and governance frameworks, policies, processes, and reporting lines.
