About Stefan Schröder

Stefan Schröder focuses on national and international energy law. He advises clients on the legal regime for low-carbon and renewable fuels, the regulatory regime for hydrogen infrastructure and on all legal aspects relevant for the transformation of energy supply from fossil-based to zero-carbon. He represents companies in front of the regulatory authorities, in complaint proceedings against regulatory decisions and in appeal proceedings before the German Federal Court of Justice. He also advises energy companies in civil law disputes, including representation before ordinary courts and in arbitration. Stefan also has broad experience in relation to energy contractual and energy trading matters.
