About Anouschka Zagorski

Anouschka Zagorski is a member of Freshfields’ global transactions group, based in Frankfurt, and heads the English law finance team as special counsel. Anouschka is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales and as a German lawyer (Rechtsanwältin). Her over 30-year experience includes advising financial institutions and corporates on project, corporate, real estate, acquisition/leveraged, asset and ECA finance transactions, as well as on refinancings and restructurings.
