About Nathalie Colin

Nathalie Colin is a partner at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and heads its dispute resolution practice in Belgium. She advises Belgian and international clients on cross-border and domestic commercial disputes, white-collar crime, regulatory investigations, sanctions proceedings and arbitration proceedings. Nathalie has extensive experience advising clients on mass claims management and response to mass claims spanning multiple jurisdictions involving civil, regulatory and criminal procedures in parallel. Her practice encompasses both judicial proceedings before courts and (national and international) arbitration proceedings such as those under the aegis of the ICC or CEPANI, Belgium’s Centre for Arbitration and Mediation. Nathalie is a member of the Brussels Bar and the Board of Directors CEPANI.
