About Jelle Drok

Jelle Drok is a partner at the Freshfields Amsterdam IP practice, focusing on patent litigation with an emphasis on technology, including semiconductors, communications and mass claims. He has extensive experience in complex multi-jurisdictional litigation and regularly appears before Dutch courts, the UPC and the TBA of the EPO. Jelle holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering from Delft University of Technology, which underpins his strong technical expertise. His recent experience includes securing the highest penalty sum awarded by a Dutch court for Novartis and representing high-profile clients like Apple, HP and Moderna. Jelle is a member of professional IP organisations, such as AIPPI and EPLAW.
