is a partner and co-leads the Kensington Swan Pro Bono Programme and managed funds practice, and has practised in the area of trusts and estate administration since 1988. David has lead the trusts practice in Kensington Swan’s Wellington office for over two decades, and has run the introduction to trusteeship training programme for corporate superannuation industry body Workplace Savings NZ since 1999. He has extensive experience in estate planning and trust administration for a variety of clients across the wealth spectrum, including advising trustee corporations and local and international family offices in relation to trust governance and a variety of complex trust structures, and was part of the New Zealand Law Society’s Trust Conferences’ planning committee from 2003-2009. That trust law expertise underpins David’s specialisation in the regulation of financial markets, investment funds and financial advice.
