About Bruno Cerqueira

Bruno Cerqueira is a partner in the capital markets & securitisation practice at Tauil & Chequer, and co-leads the agribusiness group. With over 15 years of experience, he advises clients on fixed income transactions, securitisations, investment funds, and corporate and banking law. Bruno served as lead counsel on the first issuance of agribusiness receivables certificates (CRA) registered with the Brazilian Securities Commission. He also played a key role in Burger King’s CRA and Cyrela’s real estate receivables certificates (CRI), both recognised as market benchmarks. Bruno is a frequent author of scholarly publications on agribusiness.
